New beginnings and old adventures.

It has been a long time, I know. My fault, there’s been a lot going on… more holidays, a new exciting start and some life changes. A bit overwhelming but definitely doable.
As the Gemini Horoscope for 2015 says, it will be a tough year but it’s the year of decisions and I am totally ready to take more responsibilities for my life and career. Because taking your own choices make you feel so great, even if it is scary as hell.

Even if I have been traveling a lot in the past 6 months, I took the wonderful decision of going back to Italy for 10 days of non-stop sun. And it has been a incredibly right idea. It gave me time to relax and adjust to some changes that happened in my life. Then back to rainy London to start a new job where I have more responsibilities and new challenges are awaiting. Beautiful!

As always when I go back to Italy, I always feel like I am in one of most beautiful places and it could be so much better, if only someone really believed in it. Instead, no one puts enough effort to showcase such a gem of a city. Why? What is it that doesn’t make you want to invest in the future of the city? Why all the youngsters have to go somewhere else to work? Why do we have to come back in our own city on holiday and then cry when we have to leave? I guess I don’t have an answer for these yet…

Anyway, bank holiday weekend is here and there’s a lot to do: my friend is visiting from Paris and there is Notting Hill Carnival, where I have never been and might go on Sunday!

Stay tuned, there’s a lot more to come.
